Cindi Bright is the founder and president of The Bright Group, a management consulting firm focusing on the development of organizations to address the ecosystem change needed to progress women and people of color. She is an aspiring author, coach, speaker, advocate, mentor, and believer in people! Cindi is an avid runner and loves spending time on the trails. She is a basketball junkie and a diehard Seahawks fan! Cindi possesses a Certificate from Kellogg University School of Business in the Soul of Leadership and an Executive MBA from Foster School of Business, University of Washington.
